Registration
To register for a class, please complete the following:
1. Download a copy of the registration form here.
2. Complete the entire first page, including all contact information,
desired classes, and tuition (tuition amounts can be found here).
3. Initial next to each policy on the second page and sign/date at the bottom of the form.
4. Send registration form and tuition payment to the studio. Make payable to:
